Dr. Osborn is outstanding. She has spent time to listen to my concerns and address any questions that I’ve had. She seems to have a thorough knowledge of my special care requirements and is willing to listen to the things that are important to me.

Actually everything about the facility is top notch! I always thought highly of Dr Kaur so that is why I followed her over from Lancaster. I was saddened to learn that she was leaving but since I have always been so impressed with the quality of care and the attention to detail I decided to stay and take my chances Dr Osborn. This past week was my first visit with her and wow was I impressed! She was fantastic and after one visit I can honestly say that she is my favorite Dr. that I have ever seen. The only negative is that I only visit twice a year.

Dr Osborne & her staff are very busy with patient care but always take the time to talk with me and are very concerned and helpful in making my visit a positive experience whenever I go in for an appointment!! GREAT FOLKS!!

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Osborne. She was genuinely concerned with my questions and answered everything very well. I am glad that Dr. Short recommended her as my new doctor.

My wife and I both go to Dr Osborne. We had in the past when she was at New Concord and had to leave the practice. We had gone to her for years there. As soon as we knew she was back we knew we had to get into her as our Dr again. We don’t care if we had more of a drive it’s well worth it to have such a caring understanding and knowledgeable Dr. The staff and nurses are great also! Can’t ask for a better Dr and place to go.

I saw Dr. Osborne for follow up to my ER visit that left me without a diagnosis. When Dr Osborne came in, it was clear she had already reviewed my notes, she asked some pertinent questions and immediately had a very good idea what my problem was. She was thorough in explaining other possibilities and ordered labs to confirm diagnosis. She is always very respectful, compassionate, efficient, and competent. Best primary care doctor I have ever had!

Dr Osborne is absolutely wonderful! She always listens to me and considers what I am saying to help me work towards the solution. I never feel rushed and I always feel heard. I feel very fortunate that she is my doctor!

It was actually my first time seeing Dr. Osborne and it was for a new patient appointment because Dr. Phillips short retired. I thought that Dr. Osborne was wonderful. She is very sweet and I’m glad I chose her.

This was my set up visit with Dr. Osborn and I really like her. She was very personable and made me feel at ease. She had answers before I even asked the questions. She knew my medical history and I really appreciated that. I look forward to working with her to maintain my optimal health.

This was my first visit with Dr. Osborn. I really appreciate how she listened to my concerns about certain medications. I would much rather try something natural (herbs or vitamins) . She expressed she fully understood and would work with me. So far I am so glad I chose her after DR Schochat left.

Love Dr Osborne and so glad she is back! She was my physician in New Concord but had moved away and now is back and when finding this out I didn’t hesitate to get in with her again!! It is hard to find a physician like Dr Osborne who really listens, understands and cares! Thank you Genesis for getting her back into the area again.

My child needed to start on a medication for some anxiety and behavior related to his level 3 autism. Dr. Osbourne listened to all my concerns and talked me through a medication choice she felt would be the best fit. It really helped me fell more comfortable about a hard situation.

I saw Dr Osborn for the first time as my new primary care doctor for the first time last week. She was already familar with my medical history when she walked through the door. She also took her time discussing my history and answering my questions.
