Cheryl Hone. This amazing person went out of her way to care for me. She checked my test results to find information that was not noticed before. She is a sharp, professional and a great asset for your hospital. (That is not to say that any of you other staff is not very, very, very good.)
What could have been done to improve your experience?
It could not have been any better. I am very serious about that. To my Doctor and the rest of the staff, I thank you very much!!

She agreed with our concerns and as nurse practitioner she stepped out to check with our Primary Dr who was not available for our seeing him to get his approval or thought if Cath Zlab was necessary. Lucky to have her on this staff

What could have been done to improve your experience?
The NP could have listen to my questions and concerns from my prior visit. I was there for a prop appnt and question about my prior testing and she wasn’t interested in speaking about it. Will not be see her again
