Exceptional Primary Physician. Good patient relationship, you feel comfortable respected we’ll listen to. He assess and confirms course of action including making sure you are up to date on test & procedures you need based on your medical history. He keeps you informed on current active health issues to be aware of and proper action. He’s personable with eminence medical knowledge that has safely cared me through many life challenges. I’m very grateful and respectful of him and wouldn’t want any other Primary Physicians, he is the best.

Dr Hoffman has been my doctor over 20 years. He is a professional who shows kindness and cares about his patients. Barnes has kept me alive for 10 years and Dr. Hoffman is the glue for me that keeps it together. He solves problems and whenever there is difficulty in navigating several doctors, medicines and tests he is there for me. As I age, I find it exhausting to keep up with all the medical stuff. Dr. Hoffman is there to answer questions and support me.
