It was a good experience, but I should have asked more questions. Very pleasant nurse and doctor and very clean, organized facility.

Everyone was really nice..the doctor made me feel comfortable and welcomed..this will be my go to if needed in the future

The staff was helpful before asking, my nurse was A+, and the doctor was very nice and patient. He explained the options for me after showing me the pictures of the problems in my throat. He was also patient with my daughter who participated by way of phone from out of state.

Although I was very nervous about the procedure, Dr Hoeter and staff made me comfortable with the decision to go forward. He explained everything in detail and listened to my concerns. Great attitude and compassion. I appreciated him getting back to me as soon as the results were in. This was a very good experience for me.
