When he came in, he was very nice and very courteous and explained everything to me, so I was very impressed. And I hope I don't have to see them again, but they were very good if I have to.

I've had tinnitus for 43 years and have had regular audiology checkups since 2019. No one has ever said you need to consider hearing aids before you can no longer hear people talk. Thank you!

The dr explain this really well and after the diagnosis he explained exactly how I felt and had a reason for it so we had a plan to treat my problem.

Overall I had a good experience and the staff was nice , helpful with anything I needed. And it was a pleasure meeting Dr.Jacob for the first time..... he was soo nice and answer every question I ask.

So far the only doctor that has actually read my chart was the ENT. He was the only one who knew I lost my spleen 43 years ago.

Dr Hoerter & his nurse were both very friendly and welcoming. Dr explained everything and ask if I had any question. He answered all of my questions and thanked me for coming in. I was impressed and pleased. Would definitely recommend Dr Hoerter.

Dr. Hoerter was, as I say, a miracle worker! The medication that he had provided and the microsuction he performed on me, cleared up my ear issue virtually immediately . No further issues. I really appreciate seeing a professional in this area as I’ve never been to ENT before.

The ENT physcian was very informative. Grat personality and professional with patient. After initial patient, the physcian was open to answer any guestions or other issues.
It was refreshing to have such a caring and knowledgable physcion.

Dr Hoerter and his staff were very personal and professional, listening and answering questions and helped get a follow up CT scan visit scheduled to help speed my diagnosis and treatment along.

Yes, I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit with Dr. Hoyer. I really admired his staff and I really, really appreciate Dr. Hoyer. I thought he definitely is a person that knows what he's talking about. And I enjoy how he treated me and how the whole patient came out good. And so I want to thank you and thank your staff and thank him for a wonderful experience. And I would definitely come back again and advise my friends what a great doctor he is. Thank you.

The staff was helpful before asking, my nurse was A+, and the doctor was very nice and patient. He explained the options for me after showing me the pictures of the problems in my throat. He was also patient with my daughter who participated by way of phone from out of state.
