He has done a great job with me and the whole family for many years! Now that he is moving on and this was my last ..sad yo see him ho but happy for his new endeavors! He has made the transition very seamless and we are confident with new providers there !

Dr.Hoag cares greatly about his patients. He takes his time and he explains the treatment he provides for me he is understanding of my needs. He will be truly missed.

Dr. Hoag has always gone the extra mile. I appreciate the direct phone calls from him regarding several concerning health problems over the year. If he cannot reach the first time he tries to get in touch with me, he continues to call until he does. Again, we are very sorry to see him go, but we will be staying with the practice with his recommendation at the Fayetteville location.

I am very sorry to see Dr. Hoag leaving his practice and the area but I totally understand the reason. There is nothing better than to be with your family and being involved with your grandchildren when they are growing up. Best of luck to Dr. Hoag and his family.

I will miss Dr Hoag when he leaves . There is no doctor I have ever had in 67 years as great as this man . He cares he listens . I don’t think I will find another doctor like him . I truly wish him the best and am sad .

If he wasn't already beyond full for his caseload I would be trying to send all my loved ones to work with him. With the way healthcare can be rushed and impersonal sometimes these days, I have always appreciated feeling seen as a whole person when I come here. I don't exactly look forward to doctor's visits (Idk who does) but he definitely makes the process as painless as possible.
