Would have been helpful to have labs before the doctor visit so Dr could discuss results and make recommendations 1 on 1.

Scheduling was probably fine in terms of using the tool, but the availability was terrible. I had to book out like two months to get my annual exam with Dr. Ho. I should be able to book this out maybe two weeks in advance. So I think you should get more providers or more openings.

My visit was absolutely amazing. Everyone was so kind to me and just so great. And it was just very wonderful. And I appreciated everyone's care and trust and helped through my process of my provider visit. As I have not had too many provider visits, usually just annual exams. So I very much appreciate it.

I liked my doctor but it felt like I was on an assembly line. in& out. for a physical the doctor never looked at my mouth, ears, nose, glands. the exam felt hurried not thorough.

The doctor and her crew or her team did an excellent job and they made you feel really comfortable and the atmosphere in the procedure room was very lighthearted and made myself feel much more at ease. It was just a great experience. All things considered it's a colonoscopy. But anyway, I thought the doctor and her team just really made the whole thing real easy. Anyway, thank you.

It was my easiest procedure of this type, the preparation at home was much gentler than previous methods, which was encouraging as this was my 5th procedure.
I wouldn’t say I’m looking forward to the next one (in five years), but it was most definitely less dramatic/traumatic.
