Outstanding Physician. Excellent bedside manner. I wouldn't go to any other liver specialist! He is definitely a wonderful asset to the Virtua health system .

Dr. ElGenaidi and his staff are always so wonderful, they are always friendly and respectful. Dr. ElGenaidi is an excellent doctor. He makes sure he covers all bases, makes sure we keep on top of my check ups, tests, and always includes me in my treatment plan. He is the absolute Best!!!

Dr Hisham Elgenaidi is the best. He has been my liver doctor for over 20 years. He was incremental in keeping me well and alive. Thank God for Dr E.

Dr. ElGenaidi is without a doubt the best doctor I've ever had. He listens to me, he takes time with me, he was ready to... he thought we were done and I had another question, he sat right back down, he didn't make me follow him out to the thing. I'm just so impressed. I'm so impressed with this man. He's just awesome. Thank you.

Your Cherry Hill office, is horrible... Dr ElGenaidi got NONE of my messages, NO SURPRISE... The woman who finally called me back, 3 calls and 4 days later, told me, laughing, me and the office, got a good laugh, that I kept calling back after the machine cut my call off in the messages... mean while, she held to phone out so I could hear them cackling... my husband heard them, and was livid ... he fires his people for less... NOT EVEN A LITTLE BIT, RESPECTFUL.... I have had 2 friends cancel, because of the lack of respect they were given on the phone... Apparently the office manager is not respected either, from what I've heard... Would NEVER go to Cherry Hill... LOVE DR. ElGenaidi ... Should he decide to go private practice, I will follow him, not Virtua... Just saying.... Dr. ElGenaidi , on the other hand... the only reason I didn't snap.... He is ALWAYS respectful, patient and always listens...

I have been seeing Dr. Elgenaidi for many years. He has always been pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, thorough, concerned about my health, and takes time to answer my questions and explain things to me. Dr. ElGenaidi is a great Doctor.

I appreciate how the doctor was comforting and able to reduce my anxiety with my preconception of my diagnosis. He was optimistic and wanted to have more extensive testing done before jumping to any conclusions and then discussed treatment options.
