It was my first visit and everything was just fine. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Elgenaidi was very interested, professional and knowlegable!

Like Dr E . He can be serious and yet laugh along with you . He has the perfect "bed side" manner. So glad I found him.

I left my visit feeling ease of mind, very comfortable that I was in good hands, and it was just a meeting that answered my questions and made me feel good about what I have to go through. So yes, it was a very good experience.

This doctor and staff set the bar so very high and set such bc a wonderful example other Virtura office will never be able to catch up. I was treated by the doctor and staff as if I was their family member being treated.

I was late because I didn't remember just where the office was. But, the staff and the Dr. were extremely nice and helpful! The Dr. did squeeze me in with his other appointments. I was very grateful as well as very embarrassed.

Dr. E is the best doctor I've ever met in my life. He's given me hope. He's given me everything that I could ever ask for. He has been very active and very caring in my recovery, which is the most important thing. I love that man to death. I trust him with my life.

This is something we are not happy about with just about any care provider, is the automated phone system. As older patients, we like to call and speak to a live receptionist. We are more comfortable and have questions that are not in the menu

It took two weeks for someone from the office to call me back. The provider did not have my records that the office said they were going to get. Very disappointed with the visit. Still no feedback.
