He does an excellent job, he introduced himself, took time to go over everything with me. When I asked him a question for clarification he would explain it differently. My problem is I just don’t understand a lot of medical terms. I love that I didn’t feel rushed or that he had time to talk with me.

Waited 40 minutes for original appointment to find out Dr was called in for emergency surgery. Would've liked office to have been notified or message gotten to reception sooner.

As previously mentioned, I truly can't say enough good things about Dr. Hirst. Any new Dr coming into the preactice should train under him. He's professional, courteous and his interaction with his patients is incredible. There are not many Dr's. that have all the positive qualities that Dr. Hirst has. You should be very grateful he is part of Trinity.
