Dr. Patel talks to me and puts me at ease about any problems I may have. He is very patient to answer any questions I may have. He tells me things I am to look for in assessing my heart. I always leave there knowing I am in good hands.

The handwashing, sanitizing thing was not something I even noticed, so I cannot answer that. If it is required, I'm sure it was done.

Dr. Patel takes the apprehension out of the process of seeing someone like a cardiologist. He explains concepts with very understandable terms, and makes one feel very assured that they will get the best care possible.
