I love my Dr. Quasim who replaced Dr. Malik, who I also love. The staff in this clinic is excellent, from the check in to complete visit.

Dr. Q is down to earth. She is kind and professional but also firm about things she is concerned about (my weight). It feels like she knows me, as if I have been a long-time patient, rather than a relatively new one.

Dr. Quasim was extremely rude and kept stating that my symptoms are probably all related to my weight. I came in to discuss an ear infection, pelvic pain after vaginal delivery, and to get STD tested. She was rushing toward the end of her lecture about weight loss and I had to remind her to look at my ear before she left. She put the ear scope in very forcefully and it amplified my pre-existing pain. She did not run the tests with the urine sample as I had asked, she only did a basic urinalysis. Every visit, she rushes the appointment and is very dismissive. I've had nurses who were more knowledgeable and friendly than she is. I will be switching to a new medical group as I am outraged at the lack of understanding and knowledge I've seen at Renown.

All providers in the Renown system have been so kind considerate, respectful. All due "brain storming to identify the reason for my nausea/dizziness.

Follow-up was to request some standard blood work, a check-in on the results I had received a year earlier. Dr. Quasim said it would have been better if I could have done that before our visit so we could discuss it in person. But there is some issue with the scheduling system for lab work that makes it difficult for the provider to order those labs in advance. So she recommended me to schedule labs and we could correspond through MyChart if there are any issues. She told me that next time I should message her a few weeks before our next well visit so she can order the labs ahead of time. That seems like something a doctor should have the ability to diary (or automatically schedule) for themselves. I mean, I'll do it, because I want the results. But it seems like system limitations are reducing the efficiency and possibly then the quality of care.

I'm grateful for Doctor Hina Quasim! Great office staff. I appreciate being able to have my labs done in the same office. Office is always clean and soothing with a lovely music.

good experience I had trouble with pop up blockers and finally fixed while doctor had to wait for me so I was sorry and could have saved time if someone had tried it prior to doctor appointment

Dr Quasim and her team are always a pleasure to work with. The experiences I have had with them are how visits should be: Personal, effecient, and leaving you with a good sense of any questions about your health. I am a rather new patient of hers but already I am comfortable talking to her even though I am not a huge fan of going to the Doctor's. She is attentive, professional, and easy going. I can't say anything negative about the experience other then the fact the mask I brought her my ears but clearly that isn't on them. I have already recommended her to other people. Thank you for the opportunity to applaud them.

The video appointment was well done but it's not the same as an in-person experience, I much prefer the latter.

since my initial visit, I feel this visit was an improvement. I don't feel she listens as well as she could or attempts to come up with an idea of treatment with me or takes my opinion into consideration.

Dr. Quasim told me what she wanted me to know, asked me to wash before I left the room et al. and she left. i doubt it was a 2 min visit. her diagnosis was not the same as the ER Doc who had ordered the scans, x-rays. et al. Dr.Quasim referred me to a speciality. This is the right thing to do, probably. I wish this episode had been dealt with by Quasim. I also understand the short visit in the time of plague (Corona). still it felt very dismissed. and was unsatisfactory. I am willing to undergo medicine practice in these times. but it doesn't reassure me for my particular problem.....yes, i get it. I am quarantining myself except for Dr.visits.
