Dr. O’Brien provides exceptional service. She patiently listens, provides great feedback with solutions that result in positive and effective results. Thanks to Dr. O’Brien my health has significantly improved because of her exceptional care. Deidre her medical assistant provides excellent timely responses in MyChart and very kind during appointments. I’m thankful to have excellent professionals to assist with my health needs.

My experience was very good and it started with the receptionist when I checked in was fantastic. And then the medical assistant who took me back to the room was really cheerful and happy and listened to me and really made my experience positive from the start. And then the doctor was fantastic. So I really appreciated the entire experience from start to finish.

I’ve been trying to find a gynecologist for the past 2 years who I felt comfortable with. I think I’ve finally found one in Dr. O’Brien. She was easy to talk to, she listened and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns.

Assistant was amazing and eased my fears. She listened and made me feel that what I was saying was important. She also made sure her notes were consistent with what I had said by reading them to me and making sure I had not forgotten any details by prompting me to think about details that I may have not thought were important to report.

the MA who was is the room with me was deidra and she was amazing! talking to me the whole time to take my mind off of things, she encouraged me. she was truly amazing and a huge part in me getting through my appointment. dr. o’brien listened to my concerns, talked through options with me and made sure i was 100% informed and prepared for next steps. everyone in the room made me feel comfortable and at ease. i couldn’t thank them enough.
