Hi, the process to go see Hilary was very nice. Everybody was friendly, helpful, and didn't have an attitude. Hilary was wonderful to talk to. I enjoyed her knowledge and history on me and on, you know, what my plan for my health care, and I would definitely recommend, and I have recommended her and Dr. [ ] [ ] to several people already. They treat you like a person and not like a chart/#.. very friendly makes eye contact with you as you converse with them. I'm a grumpy kinda patient at times but your staff impressed me the moment I arrived.

and the much needed treatments. Her compassion and enthusiasm in offering the extra attentions and the following -ups were most touching and encouraging to me during this trying time. Prior to be connected with Hilary, the nurse Jessica had also been in frequent contacts with us to check and to offer her helping hand. From the lady who checked me in to the assistant to Hillary were so professional and so kind - very refreshing. I have had to go to a number of medical offices in the past month to get clearance for a surgery and I have found that a l l of the front line people were very empathetic, kind and they all knew their jobs. I love Renown they have saved my life many times and have gave me the best treatment a person could ask for! I could ask for a better healthcare team! I hope to God we survive the assault on our healthcare from these corrupt politicians seeking to hurt and destroy the elderly and disabled! Last week was so stressful and I was worried enough that if I couldn’t get an appointment, I was going to go to the emergency room. Thankfully, I was able to get an appointment, although not with my primary cardiologist. Ms. Lederman had done her research and knew the background of my situation and gave me her attention when I was explaining why I came in. She made a stressful situation not so stressful.
