PA Lederman appeared very knowledgeable, self-confident, and interested in me as an individual patient. She asked thorough and appropriate questions, and was courteous and attentive throughout the visit. Prior to ending the visit, she made sure all of my questions at the time had been sufficiently answered. She even escorted me out of the exam room and to the reception desk.

The willingness to help. I'm in a wheelchair and my husband had to leave for his doctor's appointment. The staff made sure I was wheeled around, cared for me in and out of the office until my husband arrived.
