Hilary was professional yet very personal. Put me at ease. Asked all the right questions and listened to what I told her. She also walked me to the desk to make sure I got the orders I needed.

She is a real person, easy to talk with regarding my medical situation. She is attentive and discussed possible remedies. She was professional but easy to talk to. She was not patronizing.

PA Lederman appeared very knowledgeable, self-confident, and interested in me as an individual patient. She asked thorough and appropriate questions, and was courteous and attentive throughout the visit. Prior to ending the visit, she made sure all of my questions at the time had been sufficiently answered. She even escorted me out of the exam room and to the reception desk.

The willingness to help. I'm in a wheelchair and my husband had to leave for his doctor's appointment. The staff made sure I was wheeled around, cared for me in and out of the office until my husband arrived.
