I was very concerned when my long term Cardiologist Dr. [last name] retired, but Hilary Lederman quickly put my concerns at rest.....she is an excellent communicator (rare nowadays), very empathic (also rare), and a good listener......pure and simple, she is very unique and clearly blessed with the God given skills necessary for a successful career in the care giving industry!

My nurse practitioner and her training associate were warm, knowledgable, friendly professionals who I enjoyed visiting with for my semi-annual heart checkup. Their use of the MyChart information also made things run seamlessly between us. Good job.

The parking available is insane. Impossible to park at the time of my appointment. Therefore I will not be returning to 1500 Mill St. I will go to South Meadows instead I repeat the parking lot a lot is nuts insane.

They treat you like a person and not like a chart/#.. very friendly makes eye contact with you as you converse with them. I'm a grumpy kinda patient at times but your staff impressed me the moment I arrived.

Dr. Lederman is a caring individual that Dr’s Use to give when you were there for your appt. She looks at you and explains things that want to know about, and that you can understand. She’s a Jewel Renown you are lucky to have her.

Hilary is an angel ! She took me in at a short notice to render the careful exams and the much needed treatments. Her compassion and enthusiasm in offering the extra attentions and the following -ups were most touching and encouraging to me during this trying time. Prior to be connected with Hilary, the nurse Jessica had also been in frequent contacts with us to check and to offer her helping hand. This Renown medical team group is the pride and the jewel of our community !

From the lady who checked me in to the assistant to Hillary were so professional and so kind - very refreshing. I have had to go to a number of medical offices in the past month to get clearance for a surgery and I have found that a l l of the front line people were very empathetic, kind and they all knew their jobs.
