Even though he saw me at the end of his work day, Dr. Higgs-Coulthard took extra time to explain my condition and next steps in the process to my husband. This was extremely helpful to both us, and we're grateful for his insights and thorough explanation.

Dr. Higgs is ALWAYS engaged. He cares about what my thoughts are on my treatment, listens carefully to make sure he is understanding me, even when I have a hard time explaining what my issues are. He doesn't just wash over what my concerns are, but seeks out more information until he understands. I am 60 years old and with one exception, have never had a PCP treat me like this. I am so glad I found him.

amDr. Higgs-Coulthard is the best physician that I have ever had. He is provides respectful care and always responds in a timely manner, even if it is 2 AM. His treatment regimen is totally sutiable to my needs and I am very happy that he is my physician.

Dr H-C has always been great at explaining my problems with me thoroughly so I can be reassured about my condition. And, if he isn’t satisfied with the results, he then orders another test to find out exactly what my symptoms are telling him.

Dr. Higgs coultahrd and his staff are outstanding. He is very responsive to our needs and communicates regularly (by phone and text)when we have a problem or have questions. I have never had a physician who is as concientous and responsive as he is. He expects the same from his staff. His team does a terrific job.
