Difficult to reach Dr / NP, staffers unable to answer questions or relay information in a timely fashion, staffers repeat : "I don't know the answers to that, you need to talk to Dr or NP," yet unresponsive to calls or texts. A loop system without success.

I travel a little distance to see him because I feel he is the best & always makes you feel at ease. He is a wonderful & caring doctor.

Every person I encountered was courteous. Alex Lenox was superior. Dr. Hicks is a really great doctor- great at explaining all while cracking me up with his hilarious demeanor. So glad to have him review my records.
