Dr. Heyboer really listened to what I had to address, he was laser- focused, kind, courteous, very professional and my issues were resolved successfully. He also brought a little humor to the visit and I greatly appreciated this. It was a successful visit with my primary care doctor. I left feeling confident in my care.

I believe he is an excellent physician and he knows exactly what the patient’s needs are and he is willing to put the needs of his patient above all else. I think he is brilliant and has what is good for the patient first and foremost……….

i was suppose to have an annual medicare physical at this point of the year. record shows it was my annual physical. in my opinion it was not like the ones i have had in the past. perhaps as a new patient this office was not prepared to do that or they don't have the time, or have too many patients and not enough doctors.

Dr. Heyboer was very caring and extensive in his evaluation of my records. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions (even the ones I repeated) and being a “new” patient, I trust him completely after the initial visit

Dr. Heyboer was friendly. Upon departure, his nurse was unable to discharge me..needed to go to the front desk to schedule next year's appointment. I understand that the nurse was busy, but one should attend to the first patient and then follow up with the next patient. I also did tell Dr. Heyboer that the receptionist upon arrival was not the friendliest...had a frown on her face the whole time while greeting other patients.

I'm happy Dr. Hatt suggested Dr. Heyboer for my PCP after his retirement. Dr. Heyboer is easy to talk with and he listens.

I always feel relaxed and that we can talk about anything. Dr. Heyboer is a very listener. If I have questions Dr. Heyboer answers them.

I was nervous because I was a patient of Dr. Hatt for years. Dr. Heyboer was kind and knowledgeable and took time to get to know me as a person as well as a patient. I feel he was an engaged listener and made me feel comfortable. I was very happy with the visit.

This was a get to know you visit as Dr. Hatt retired after 32 years being my doctor through some very difficult times. Dr. Heyboer seems to be a very caring individual, so I think Dr. Hatt made a good choice in pairing us.

After being with Dr. Hatt for almost 50 years , Dr. Heyboer was very understanding and professional, happy with my choice , after Dr. Hatt retired . Will miss Dr Hatt, he was also wonderful and professional.
