Most would think our visit was rushed. As a retired RN, I was very impressed by Ms Hews NP who completed a thorough exam, discuused options and plans and follow up instructions expediently. Couldn't have asked for better

Julie has taken the time to get to know me as a patient. Because of that, she knows my history and is able to pick up where we left off each time. She's professional and knowledgeable. She is the reason I drive 45 minutes if I need an in-person appointment. Truly the greatest asset at the East Beltline location!!

Hews Julie was most kind to see me when the scheduled provider didn't show. However she had no knowledge of my case and of course didn't have time to review it (I am sure she had her own appointments as well in that time frame so I don't fault her at all). We were unable to have a meaningful conversation as she was coming in cold; the questions she did ask weren't actually helpful in discussing my care. There wasn't time to start from scratch regarding my care and for her to receive my input (which is actually valuable and could addres my care).

She is an excellent provider, easy to talk to, very attentive, patient and understanding. Took the time to listen, no rush, made me feel relaxed and comfortable.
