Very organized and professional was able to change my mind on a few things, didn’t probably wanna do! being old sometimes we need somebody to explain a reason why you do things. This young lady is really good at what she does thank you.

Terrible patient listening skills and willingness to actually work with the patient. This is my 1st Dr appt ever that I actually wanted to exit the room and not stay. The way she spoke was very degrading and rude. Zero care to work and listen to the patient and more about her person feelings and opinions. Everything that she stated at this appointment was the opposite of what she had stated 2 months previous. I will be cancelling all future appointments and looking for a new provider.

I would like for the nurses to call with test results and discuss them with me so I understand and also to explain any medications changes.
