Dr. Hessen has gone above and beyond helping me with my severe dry eye problem. She listens to my issues and we address them all. She is extremely thorough with my situation and the positive results show. She is the best doctor I've ever had in my lifetime! Dr Hessen is always thorough in her examination. She is knowledgable, compassionate, and goes over and above to provide care for me and fit me into her schedule given limited time I have for visits given my location. She reviews all treatment options with me and helps me to find cost effective choices for my prescription treatment. She is very attentive and follows up to ensure I am successful in obtaining my medication. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hessen has always provided excellent care. Last year when I was in the hospital with pneumonia she called the hospital to make sure I received needed eye medication during my stay. She has always been very helpful.
