I didn’t have to wait for Lisa, NP once MA took vitals. Lisa, NP came in to see me almost immediately afterwards. That was really nice not to have to wait to be seen. It was even before my scheduled appointment time, which was also nice. Lisa did a good job in explaining the problem and also what to do about it. I appreciate that.
