Everyone who treated me from the time that they greeted me at the front desk all the way to the care at the end, they were polite, courteous, and answered any questions that I had. So I would highly recommend this facility anytime. So thank you for your service for those who helped me, and I appreciate it.

Lisa Herzing, NP was wonderful. She explained everything to me very well and made sure I knew what to do if I were to get worse.

Lisa was excellent — professional and friendly. We communicated well and had a good provider - patient rapport without knowing each other except for the few minutes of the exam. From greeting the receptionist to leaving, the experience set the standard of what a patient should expect with a “convenient care” practice.

I'd just like to say that everyone in the office, through seeing the doctor are very kind and very pleasant. They tell you what to do and they are very kind.

I did not like the NP who treated me. To me, she did not take the time to understand all of my symptoms. She didn’t even ask about all of my symptom. I feel that my whole visit would have been different if I had seen someone who would have listened to me.

The togetherness of the team was evidence that each member were team players. The NP was very much there for and treated me well. She understands my issues. I believe she was genuinely concerned.
