It was great seeing Dr. Siegel for my post-op appointment that I had. He had performed a total knee replacement on the right knee in [month, year]. This appointment had been made last year, 1 year ago.

Yes-I was able to check-in online and receive more detailed information to arrive early for diagnostic studies. When I arrived at the registration, they told them that I had performed my check-in process on line so they would call me shortly. Following x-rays, I was escorted to the exam room and allowed to bring my wife back for the exam. Dr. [ ] confirmed my history and related it to the radiologic studies for me and my wife. Dr. Siebel then discussed the medical options with us. We had several questions following the examination relating to the surgical process. We were referred to Clinic personnel and talked with them for clarification prior to settling on a surgical date. The entire staff was very knowledgeable, courteous. professional and sensitive to our needs and concerns.

Love your facility, so clean and comfortable. Staff, nurses, x-ray technician, all were great. Also I loved Doctor Siegel ( orthopedic doctor ) and his staff. He didn't try to force me into the knee surgery I thought I just had to have immediately. He explained my options and we decided on a steroid shot yesterday and today I can actually walk. He explained there will be a little pain but give it about a week and hopefully I can get a few months relief. God bless you all, 👍😊🙏🏻❤️

When I called with a question about a follow up test, I actually talked to a person. Not, leave a message and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours, but a real person. That lovely lady looked up what I was asking about and I heard from radiology a couple of hours later with an appointment and emailed, detailed instructions as well!

The wait time in the examination room was 2 hours! The outside waiting to room was over that. I made sure I was on time as we were driving from out of town. This is totally unacceptable!

I had a 3 hr wait yesterday. It was just that busy. Even still, I didn't mind waiting because of the trust I have and Dr. Siegel and his staff.

I waited 2 hours past my scheduled appointment time before seeing the doctor and we were all of 3 or 4 minutes maybe 5 in appointment duration

Was processed very quickly and shown to exam room. We waited at least 45 min before a PA came in. The PA and Dr were very helpful and kind.

The registration and Radiology teams were very nice and attentive. The Resident, Maggie was very pleasant and professional. She asked very probative questions to ensure she fully understood my history and performed an assessment. My provider, Dr. Siegel was very impersonal and made no effort to discuss potential scenarios based on review of the diagnostic imaging. After asking the provider to schedule a biopsy to start the process, I was left in the room with no follow-up. I outreached a clinician regarding next steps and they began to scream down the hall relaying my medical information. It was very unprofessional and a violation of HIPAA. I always heard great things about UAB Highlands; unfortunately, my experience was very disheartening.

Wonderful people and great doctors! Great people from front of the office to the people in the back. Also, phone staff that makes appointments on the phone. Everyone at this clinic are awesome!

Dr. Siegel was very professional, caring, friendly, clearly highly informed and highly accomplished as one of the best k we replacement surgeon. He didn’t rush, was willing to listen to all our questions and address them to our satisfaction.
