It was a long wit and I was forgotten about while waiting for a bone scan order. When coming out of the room the doctor asked why I was still here. The Doctor and staff should be aware of what patients are still being seen and who has checked out. I was very upset over this. This was my first time there. Not a very good example to set.

Not much waiting. Polite administrate service. The doctor and team spent a considerable amount of time and listened to what I had to say about my history and condition. They explained what they would do and responded to my follow up questions in terms I could understand. I've heard from my family doctor who recommended you, that Dr Siegel is very good at resolving knee problems and is well know for that.

It took two months to get in to see Dr Siegel. Then on day of appointment it was a two and a half hour wait. Dr. Siegel spent less than two minutes in the room with us.

I would give you a perfect 10 but the long wait to see the doctor gets old. It happens frequently with UAB. I wish there was a way to fix that otherwise very pleased with UAB.

Everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Had to wait a bit for Dr Siegel but he was balancing OR and clinic so it was understandable. He was very friendly and I was happy with my treatment.

Everything ran like clockwork. Very little wait, questions answered, pleasant staff. Have bragged about Highlands in the past and have no reason to change.

Dr. Siegel is the best Orthopedic Surgeon anywhere! He is very knowledgeable and professional.

I can check in online which saves time. Getting x-rays is simple and easy. The x-ray technician was very accommodating to my needs. Getting in and out of Dr. Siegel's office usually takes about an hour or ab hour and a half. This is very good for a practice as big as his.

Only opened 2 days a week. Difficulty scheduling appointments to see doctor during an emergency . I lost a year of life trying to see a doctor. I and my family suffered greatly. I saw so many doctors trying to get help but none could do anything since they were not my original surgeon.
