I gave a 10 because of the exceptional and professional care I always receive. My doctor, Dr. Hernando Carter is leaving, yet he took care and concern to ensure that my needs would continue to be met. He did not waiver or lack in my care. He continued to provide the exceptional care I've become accustomed to receiving. He even set me up with an ENT to take care of a problem. He assured me that my husband and I would be taken care of at UAB in his absence.

I was very pleased with my visit. Dr Hernando Carter always listen to me and shows concern. He and his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I also was very pleased with my lab experience as well.
