The staff, nurses and doctors are amazing. They are very professional and courteous. I do not feel rushed and allowed to ask all the questions I need to. The Staff always welcomes me warmly and says to have a great day when I am leaving.

I had a fantastic experience with the doctor. He listened to me and he took care of all my concerns. I have no complaints. Really appreciate it.

Was there anything that you feel was outstanding?
Dr. Herleth is an exceptional PCP. I started going to him after my previous PCP retired and he has been everything I could have hoped for in a PCP. He's articulate, spends a lot of time discussing options and gives his honest opinion as to what I need to do and what care I should be getting. I would give him my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a new PCP.

The visit was excellent I came in They greeted me I left out smiling more educated and wasn't frustrated with anyone there It was really uplifting and I really appreciate it I recently lost my husband and my mind is all over the place and a lot of times we come in sad mad or just frustrating and I didn't feel none of that and I really truly appreciate it

The entire staff from the receptionist to the doctor were very professional and friendly the moment I came in for my appointment. The wait was only about five minutes before they called my name.
