I can’t remember a medical appointment that went so smoothly,and efficiently. Pleasant personnel, all concerned for my diagnosis and treatment plan. I appreciate the fact that I was taken care in this type of environment. Medicine and treatment can be difficult anytime, this team seems to have it together.

Everyone one was very warm, friendly and helpful. The resident Dr. [ ] helped me feel at ease and did a great job of answering all of my questions regarding HyperParathyroidism and surgery. Dr. Chen was very approachable and warm, I feel good about having him as my surgeon. The nurse Ed was very friendly helpful and informative about what to expect and how to prepare for might procedure as well. They also got me promptly scheduled for the biopsy of my thyroid that I need and Emily from radiology was very nice, promptly following our call with an email to help me get registered in the patient portal.
