Dr Herati is an excellent urologist. He has excellent bedside manner, isn't arrogant like many daughters, he has confidence but he takes the time to explain things patiently.

My experience started with JHM's Chief of Surgery, [staff], referring me to interventional radiologist [staff] for a PAE procedure. [staff]'s endeavor's, initially gave me some relief but has been very much more dramatic after 8 months. Dr. [staff] referred me to urologist Dr Amin Herati, who fast-tracked me to discuss longer term relief.

My visit with Dr. Herati was extremely positive and reassuring that he understands the details of my condition and is sympathetic to my unique situation. Dr. Herati spent much time explaining different options that could address my problem as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each option. Our discussion gave me confidence that my well-being is Dr. Herati's priority and that he will successfully heal my condition.

Dr. Amin Herati could not have been any better in clearly explaining his diagnosis for what I am experiencing making me extremely comfortable that it is not anything more serious such as prostate cancer. In addition he provided clear follow up exercises that I can do to reduce symptoms without medication.

Both the urologist and the assistant were fantastic. They made me feel comfortable and talked me through my vasectomy. Made an uncomfortable experience much easier to bare.
