The staff is very friendly! The only thing I could add on is the wait time. I'm always seen 30+ mins after my scheduled appt time. Besides that my provider is very nice!

I wanted to let you know that I was not pleased with how my daughter’s recent appointment went. I felt uncomfortable with how the recommendation for speech therapy was presented. I understand you’re trying to help, but it seemed like you were implying that I wasn’t being truthful about the clinic contacting me, which was upsetting. I take my daughter’s care seriously, and I would appreciate it if we could work together with more mutual respect moving forward.
