Sharon is just as sweet & nice as Dr. [ ]. She explained my medications to me and asked me how I would feel if some was taken away. I really don't know how I would feel I've been taking these medications for so long.

Sharon was lovely. She was able to recognize that the patient was impaired but also a bit agitated and calm her down. She appropriately followed up on all of the concerns. She was able to deliver a tough message to the patient with tact and compassion. I would definitely recommend Sharon to others.
