I recently have had a medical emergency prior to this visit. I appreciated that he took the time to check in on me about an unrelated medical issue.

Dr Douglas was knowlegible , careful , courteous, helpful and efficient. The visit was in timely fashion from arrival to complete . It was not rushed unnecesserily and sufficient time was provided for doctor visit and test and time to discuss issues .

I was taken right in at my arrival. I appreciate that my time is valuable and my appointment occurred as scheduled. You could tell by the interactions between staff how well they worked together and how it made the office move seamlessly. Dr. Douglas was personable and took his time to explain both the treatment and ways to prevent reoccurrence. I was in and out quickly without feeling rushed. This experience changed my entire avoidance of ENT visits.

Enjoyed meeting Dr Douglas. He spent a lot of time putting me at ease & thoroughly examined my nose, explained the cat scan results and defined potential issues and future options. I would highly recommend him!

The audiologist went above and beyond to make [patient] feel comfortable during his audio test. She noticed that he was fairly reserved and did so well with making him as comfortable as she could!

Dr. Zachary was patient and listened well. He provided different options for how I could treat the issue and then I let him know what I felt most comfortable with. He helped greatly and alleviated an uncomfortable issue that I was having in my throat.

Dr Douglas and all of his staff were extraordinary, respectful and accommodating. Dr. Douglas was extremely pleasant, easy to/with talk to and listen. He is/was excellent. He was highly recommended to me and I will very highly recommend him to others. I wish he was a general practitioner.

Dr.Douglas staff and the ENT scheduling staff were exceptionally professional, swift and compassionate. Dr.Douglas is highly intelligent, can pinpoint diagnosis and next steps very effectively. I have seen multiple ENT specialists over past 2 years but Dr. Douglas stood out the most outstanding specialist, very happy with diagnosis, treatment and care.

Dr. Doulas gave me options for my condition and made some recommendations I had never been given before. He was very compassionate and explained everything he was going to do prior to doing it.
