Yes, all I got really to say is I wasn't really very happy with the way with my scheduling, time scheduling because I had a 6:45 appointment and the clinic don't open until 7 o'clock. My time is worth something.

When i tried to schedule our appointments by phone I ended up talking to the central scheduling staff. That has been a very difficult experience several times in the past so I insisted on speaking directly to River Falls staff but it took my insistence several times to get transferred to that office. It's the only way we can get the type of joint appointment we need with our primary care provider.

River Falls Clinic is very kind. Everyone treats you very well from the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave it. I'm very happy with the whole clinic and it's very easy to do virtual if you can't make it and you don't fill up to it that day. So I appreciate that too. Thank you.

Overall, for someone who tries at all costs to avoid the doctors office, it was a positive experience. Check in + initial contact with the nurse + and certainly the interaction with Dr. Helmrick. And the follow-up after the appt was top notch! Thank you!

They are extremely helpful from the people trying to make the appointments to working things around to get my messages and concerns taken care of.

You could really improve by putting a phone line right straight to River Falls, to your clinic, instead of someplace up in the cities or God knows where the hell they're from, where you got to go through, you've got to sit here for a half an hour to 15 minutes to a half an hour trying to get an appointment made with somebody. That's bull crap. Get a direct number right to your office.

So, small complaint. When I went to go schedule my appointment, I called the Minnesota MHealth main office. They said I couldn't schedule an appointment in River Falls with my doctors, and she was wrong. Secondly, your phone tree is painful. The phone robot is horrible. Getting through it, I'm already irritated before I start talking to somebody. Yeah, think about humans. Much better. Bye.

Kurt Helmrick is a very good Dr.he listens good I've had him as my Dr. For years and I feel good about him knowing all of my health issues and I don't have to explain each time I go into him my health situation.

My doctor was not available and they assigned me the doctor that I had. He was amazing. He was friendly. He was very complete and very good at telling me what I needed to do. And I did not feel uncomfortable at all not knowing him. Thank you.

I think that the experience I had could not be improved. It was absolutely wonderful, flawless, and I've been in the medical career for all of my life.
