Kurt Helmrick is a very good Dr.he listens good I've had him as my Dr. For years and I feel good about him knowing all of my health issues and I don't have to explain each time I go into him my health situation.

My doctor was not available and they assigned me the doctor that I had. He was amazing. He was friendly. He was very complete and very good at telling me what I needed to do. And I did not feel uncomfortable at all not knowing him. Thank you.

I think that the experience I had could not be improved. It was absolutely wonderful, flawless, and I've been in the medical career for all of my life. I think it was absolutely stupendous, and I would recommend your clinic and Kurt Helmrich and his nurse to anybody and everybody. Thank you very much.

Yeah, I think it was very good from the time I checked in. I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room, maybe a few minutes. And Kurt, the physician assistant, did a very good job and he had a trainer, a trainee with him and she was very informative and listened very closely. But overall, the experience was great.

I summed it all up in the last section. I have had no issues with the River Falls location but in the past I had problems with corporate billing issues. I couldn't contact a person that knew anything about said bill which was a couple years ago and it must have been a mistake. It seems like most of the bugs have been worked out since Vibrant health transitioned or merged with Fairview.
