I love the team that works at the office, everyone there is happy and pleasant to interact with. Dr. Hella is exceptional—thorough, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident and well cared for at Baptist Health.

Dr. Hella is very professional and caring, always taking the time to listen and truly seems concerned with my well being. She asks questions about issues that I don't even think to bring to her attention so by the end of the appointment, I feel confident and well educated in regard to my health. All office is kind and courteous. I am never made to wait for long and if I do wait, even a few minutes the delay is explained.

The front office staff were very polite, friendly and efficient. Then the nurses were of the same caliber. Dr. Hella was excellent and professional, taking her time to listen and methodically went through a series of questions relative to my issues. Very minimal waiting period was noticed up front.

Dr. Hella listened and responded to every question and concern that I had. She went out of her way to explain everything. Dr. Hella did not rush me and her care and concern showed in the time that she spent on me. This is VERY rare and HIGHLY appreciated professionalism. Most other physicians (when I actually see a doctor instead of a PA) talk fast and leave little time for questions and answers. Dr. Hella took the time and showed a true concern for my issues.

Dr. Hella listens and talks through things when needed. She is concerned and takes in medical information about the whole patient regardless if it is relevant to the seizure disorder. We have appreciated developing our relationship with her as we recently transitioned to adult level care for our daughter. Thank you.

Dr. Hella is the first and only Doctor that has been able to get my seizures under control. She is very informative, patient and kind in dealing with her patients. I definitely appreciate her and would refer anyone I know having neurological problems to her. She has been a God send to me.
