I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heinemann. After my visit, he took the time to call me personally and explain insurance information. I believe this is unheard of in today's medical field.

As this was my first visit with this doctor as my previous doctor became a concierge doctor I was very impressed with the physician and his level of detail on my care and his responses to my questions and my care. I work in healthcare and see many physicians and was very impressed with this one.

Seemed like he was in a hurry/ rushed and didn't really give me time to review all my questions for him. I think he's a good doctor, but this is annual physical and I only see him 1x/ year. I was expecting more face time.
