Dr. Martinez-Avila is amazingly thorough and clearly cares about her patients. She took time and clearly explained to me my issues and the pros and cons of the health care options available to me. I highly recommend Dr. Martinez-Avila

As a new patient I was thankful that Dr. Martinez took the time to go through my medical history with me, answer any questions I had and was personable. I felt like she cared and wasn't trying to rush me out the door.

I really like Dr. Martina. She had a wonderful demeanor. On the day that I saw her, she was running a little bit late, which wasn't a problem, because when I felt like when she was in the room with me, she took my concerns, the questions that I had seriously. She didn't rush through the appointment and was really clear and concise and answered all of the questions I had. I would say all of the doctors I've seen so far at Palisades have been great. She's probably my favorite so far.

They took their time to get a full medical history, which I appreciate. Heidy Martinez-Avila was very kind, patient, and showed genuine concern. I'm grateful for the quality of care I received. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional from the moment I arrived.

He is an excellent doctor, everything is understandable and he is an incredible professional and he dedicates a lot of time to it, he doesn't rush things, on the contrary, he is calm, he explains the medications in detail, what we have, he takes his time. I loved it, I loved being all of us, I want to see if my son takes it and recommend him to several families and friends.

I hadn't been to the gynecologist in many, many years and made an appointment with Dr. Martinez. I was extremely pleased with her bedside manner and afterwards I even said to her, I'm sorry that it took so long for me to come back. I would definitely see you again.
