Heidi showed concern for my health. I had some questions and she took the time to answer those questions as well as put my concerns at ease. Also, She is easy to talk to. I am not hesitant to ask questions

When taking blood pressure the nurse should wait a couple of minutes 1st . Plus not be asking questions while the blood pressure is taken.
