I ONLY WISH ALL MY MEDICAL PROVIDERS WERE AS CORDIAL AND THOROUGH AS HEIDI.SHE MADE MY VISIT VERY ENJOYABLE. SHE TOOK TIME WITH ME AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS COMPLETELY.

I couldn't ask for any better, she was kind, warm, caring, knowledgeable, and focused and thoughtful as well and carefully explained all that was learned from the ultrasound tests as well as how treatment possibilities for good practice were limited by the layout of my veins. She helped me understand a lot.

Being the first time I saw her, I was very impressed. I had some tests done that turned out well and she actually gave me some things to think about. She also wrote me a referral for St. Peters Sports and Spine because she thought they would be able to help my back issues. I must admit that I almost canceled this appointment. Now I am glad that I went.

NP Buel was knowledgeable, attentive, thorough in her explanations. She took her time to explain in depth what my results were and how to interpret them, what to do next and consider my options for treatment. She answered my questions and told me to contact her for more questions, She put me at ease with her professionalism and expertise.

Allowed me my whole entire appointment to ask any and all questions, as well as took the time to help me configure which compression socks to purchase once I realized they varied (after the appointment was over). Gave me a full run-down of the branches of vascular care for my issue and possibilities of which ways it can go if testing was needed further, with patience and respect to my medical phobia. All around an extremely pleasant visit and its helped me not fear the follow-up! :)
