.my doctor made sure that I could get all my tests done there at the same office. That made my day

I arrived and someone was in my chart from another office which delayed my office visit by the doctor. I was there for 1.5 hour just for a medication refill and had to ask multiple times to see a doctor because I had to get back to work.
