She is the best Primary Care Manager I believe around on the St Francis team. She is very concerned about your healthcare and ensures things are taken care of. She has one of the best bedside manners with a patient. I entrust everything that is wrong with me in her care. She is without a doubt knowledgeable about any unexpected problems to provide the proper care! I would rate her among the top in her field of all the years I have experienced interactions with doctors.

Patty is always great about helping me with whatever is going on.
She makes me feel like a friend as much as a patient. She is the absolute best!
I just wish that on the 1 to 10 scale, I could give her a 15

NP Patricia Heffner has the best bedside manner a patient could have. She is very thorough with my care and ensures everything is up to date. I have already recommended her to my spouse. She addresses all my concerns putting me at ease. I would compare her to any great doctor without reservation and definitely recommend her to all. She is at the top of her professionalism!!!
