This was my first visit and I was impressed with how my appointment went. X-rays of my shoulder were done immediately, the Dr. had all the information he needed when he walked in (right on time). He told me what was wrong and what my options are.
Thought for sure I would be sent for
X-rays with a follow up appointment. Received everything I needed from a very quick appointment.

Wonderful experience checking in with an excellent PAR. The MA was very nice and courteous. The doctor was thorough and empathetic. Thank you all.

Dr. Heffner was thorough, he had talked to my referring doctor about my history & ordered more X-rays. He asked about the pain & mobility in my hand & discussed my options for surgery.

I am very glad that Renown is putting together an Orthopedic team! As my first experience with Renown Ortho and their staff it was a positive experience. Dr. Heffner seems to be very patient connected. He is a good listener, takes the time to explain , makes suggestions, and asks questions. Above all he is engaged and excited about this new Orthopedic team. Attitude is foremost in providing great patient care and I think that this Renown department will deliver!

The new location was fantastic - no driving around a parking garage waiting for a parking place to open! How wonderful to drive up and be able to park and walk into a building without navigating a huge facility. This facility is easier for elderly to use. Dr. Heffner is a great addition. I felt he understood my medical problems and gave me good and honest information so I could make a decision regarding surgery. Thanks Dr. [last name] for the referral.
