Dr. Chang stands out for his patience and the genuine care he shows his patients. He never makes me feel rushed and always takes time to make sure I understand what I should do next. I especially appreciate how closely he monitors changes in my condition and adjusts his advice accordingly. I wish I had found him sooner. The staff is also consistently kind and efficient.

Overall, a great experience. Really wished that the surgery was not needed in the first place, however, it was necessary, the surgeons provided an exceptional level of reassurance. I made it through the wilderness.... twice... thanks colleagues and associates.

Hi, that was the first time that I met Dr. Chang and I'm very, very pleased with him. Yet this morning I got a message stating that he had to reschedule me. So I'm going to see Dr. [ ] on Thursday rather than him on Friday. And I was just hoping that the rescheduling was not because I didn't respond on Saturday. On Saturday when the call came in, I was just coming from shopping. My arms were full and I dropped my phone. But okay, that's all. But I'm very happy with him and Dr. [ ] as well. Thank you. That's all.

The visit with Dr. Chang was excellent. He, the nurses, and office staff were extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Chang was very thorough in outlining my issue with clarity and answering my questions. He listened carefully to the questions I asked and provided useful guidance. The visit far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend the doctor and team to family and friends.
