I saw Hector both in the hospital and in the office. I was very impressed with his caring demeanor and depth of knowledge. He carefully answered my many questions and immediately followed through on several tasks. He is a huge asset to NCH orthopedics! If it were my practice I’d give him a raise.😊

I was a very difficult patient. He asked an orthopedic surgeon to assistance. He wanted someone with knowledge to suggest an alternative method for healing. I appreciate their concern and willingness to find solution.

The receptionists were extremely pleasant. The day we were in, the waiting room was very busy. The staff were respectful and professional. While we waited to be seen I never heard one of them loose their cool or speak down to a patient.

Tracy in scheduling was great. When she left it was a nightmare. I talked w a multitude of people n they were confused. I was scheduled for pre n post op but no one called me to let me know. I was told certain times n then checkin came from MyChart n didnt match appointment time I was told. Tracy is very responsive. I had a last minute [ ] w my dermatologist before [ ] and Hector followed up with her. He was very proactive and professional.

I reached out to Hector and the office staff only 30 minutes before office was to close and they welcomed us to come in. We were seen promptly, [ ] were taken and explained to us, patient was placed into a [ ]. We were treated kindly and thoroughly even with the late hour. Hector was friendly, professional, competent and made my son and I feel much more at ease about his injury. Thank you!

From the moment I entered the office without an appt I was treated with such respect & felt valued all the way through the process. Your office accommodated me late in the day after I waited several days for a call back from my current orthopedic doctor’s office who scheduled me weeks out. I sustained a [ ] in a [ ] several days before while out of state. I came in on [ ] from ER visit days prior. Everyone in the office was so kind & compassionate, I emphasize everyone from the front desk, nurse, PA, X-ray techs and even the staff that was around the counter as I was checking out with scheduling late in the day. All expressed a sincere interest in what had happened to me & were concerned. I felt such compassion & look forward to my follow up visit after my [ ] to determine my treatment path. Thank you so much to the awesome staff at NPG Creekside Orthopedics for an incredible introduction to your practice!

Everything about Hector Hernandez was outstanding. I am a retired RN educated at Boston University & have worked in highly regarded Boston hospitals & Im a former healthcare company CEO. My standards are high & Hector exceeded them during my first visit a few days ago. Extremely thorough, involved me in the healthcare plan & genuinely concerned for your well being. I have a [ ]. He ordered additional X-rays with my approval. Conferred with Anthony [ ] adding another level of excellent care for me. I shared with He for that he & his colleagues are A+++
