Doctor Heckman
Took the time to explain what he would be doing and why he did not use or that you would not be able to understand that every day language that made it easy showed concern that you were the only patient he was seeing that day even though you weren’t.
That is one thing that has been missing from Doctor visits for many a year is a Doctor showing concern for his patient. What a blessing.
