Well organized and well done. A bit busy when I arrived but the two gentlemen working reception were well organized and friendly. It sorted quickly, the doctor and staff were efficient and I was in and out within a reasonable time.

I received a very thorough eye examination. Dr. Kramer listened to concerns. I am suffering from dry eyes. He assured me that for my age my eyes are healthy. He explained a routine to follow to help with the dry eyes.

The staff was really pleasant and very polite, Dr Liva is simply the best he takes his time and gave me a thorough exam, you never feel rushed and he answers all my many questions.

Very good first time experience. Competent and friendly receptionists and technicians. Dr. Tung was wonderful and knowledgeable, and patiently explained my condition to me. My exam was extremely thorough.

Exceptional customer service. They young women who attended to me was amazing. Sensitive , caring, informative. Dr. Kramer was amazing, he explained everything. Although I had been getting treated at this office I always left defeated. No hope for change in my health status. Today I left the appointment smiling, at peace that my health was in great hands. Knowing that my situation was priority and that I mattered. Truly grateful for how I was treated today.
