In a short phone call visit with MY provider , it is very honestly very difficult to andwer these questions.... as there are number if factors involved. I am very grateful for My Doctor taking my call and guiding and advising me on yhe phone , the Best She Could 🙏

It would be so nice if we could see her throughout the year. She is so busy that it is difficult to get into see her. As a matter of fact this last year your whole practice has been so busy we have had to use Urgent Care on 2 occasions. If it were not for Dr. Heather we would have changed providers.

Dr. Simpkins listens to my concerns and address them in full. She spends an appropriate amount of time with me and ensures that all my needs are met. I really like my visits with Dr. Simpkins and feel lucky to have her as my provider.

Although doctor was running late, she did not rush my appointment.A. I should have been told at check-in that doctor was running late and asked if I wanted to reschedule.B. Hopefully scheduling person contacted patients who came after me asking if they wanted to reschedule because doctor was running late. If only one or two patients opted to reschedule that would have had a positive impact on doctors schedule for the remainder of the day

This was my annual Wellness appointment. Dr Simpkins is always prepared with my test results and reviews my medications. I kind of dumped on her this visit but she listens with empathy and addresses what is needed. I always feel like I have a plan when I leave.

She was able to see me in a timely manner, greeted me warmly, talked about the various possible problems with my knee, narrowed the issues down for me, and gave me possible follow-up scenarios. VERY helpful!

I did feel she was in a hurry to leave but I don't blame her. I think Trinity/Insurance provides how much time she can spend with me and therefore she was over her limit and was only in a hurry at the end. Otherwise she spent her time with me very well.

Dr. Simpkins took the time to go thru all my records from Probility to offer me an exercise program to suit my current needs. She did this after a previous visit & contacted me to tell me it was ready for pick up. Outstanding service!

I wish there was more time to do a more thorough physical exam and go over need for vaccinations. Being over 65 years old, I'm all about prevention and catching things early.

Dr. Simpkins is great. She always takes her time and listens and explains things well. There is sometimes a wait to get in to see her but unless there is an urgent need it is worth waiting.
