I feel she is really listening to me and truly trying to help me get a better quality of life. I've been ill for so long and she is trying so hard to figure it all out, for me.

she looks at everything not just part of what problems i have and explains anything i ask. when i leave her i know what is going on and why.

Heather always provides great care. She listens to what the patient has to say and is considerate. She also shows a lot of patience and makes me feel like I am not being rushed through the appointment.

Heather was very friendly and helpful. Her bedside manners are exceptional. Often times we may go to the doctors and not feel like our concerns are heard, this wasn’t the case here. She answered all of my questions and is helping me find solutions to each concern or problem I’m having.
