Once I needed to schedule an appointment I was able to get on Heather's calendar for a televisit within the timeframe recommended following my procedure. I was able to review with her what the doctor's findings were who completed the procedure, and Heather agreed on the course of action. Following our televisit she scheduled a blood test which I'll schedule soon since I have to wait until I've been on the new medication for 2-3 weeks prior to the blood test.

My PCP Heather Newhard is wonderful! I truly hope you understand what a gem you have in your company. I have been a patient with Johns Hopkins Edgewater for about 30 years. I have seen at least 5 doctors in that time, some good, some not so good. I don't like going to the doctor. Heather makes me feel like she really cares about my health and wellbeing. It's funny that the best PCP I've ever had is not actually a doctor but a nurse practitioner.
