When calling to schedule the tests Heather ordered yesterday - the orders were written or coded incorrectly. New orders are to be sent over, and I'll have to call back tomorrow.

Heather is very knowledgeable and cares for patients. She explains medical terminology and lab information in a way that you can understand it. I am very happy to have her to have helped me with my anemia.
