Sandy (in the lab)is amazing. I hate having my blood drawn. She is the BEST. I have very small veins. She hits it first time with little to no discomfort. She is very friendly, efficient and amazing at her job. Heather Maggio is outstanding too! Heather is always friendly, efficient and so helpful. She listens and offers so many helpful suggestions.

Heather represents what an Excellent provider should be. She is kind, caring, competent and efficient! She listens to me and explains things is such a way that I understand. She takes her time and has never rushed a visit. The care that I receive at St.Mary’s is the reason that I stay in NY!

Heather is an amazing caregiver. I feel so lucky to have her on my team. She is kind, understanding, very knowledgeable, competent. She is a great communicator, she will explain things to me until she is sure that I understand what she is telling me. She is very positive in her approach. She tells it like it is, but not in a worrisome way.
