Heather Macphail, PA was incredibly thorough. She took my concerns about unexpected heart palpitations seriously, and was able assure me that my vitals looked good. She explained possible causes for the palpitations and that they weren’t generally serious. Even still she didn’t just stop there, but took a next step of ordering blood work and scheduling an EKG to make sure that something more isn’t going on. All these actions were so reassuring that if something was going on it would be caught, and that even though risks seemed minimal she believed me when I said what was going on wasn’t normal for me. Beyond happy with her care.

She was Very nice and seemed very capable. I am hard of hearing and she spoke so that I could hear every word.

I thought Heather did well in explaining to me what I needed to know and she followed through well with having the doctor's scheduler get in touch with me quickly so that I could have the earliest appointment available.

She spoke slowly and explained things to me in a clear manner. This is important because I wear hearing aids. I get tired of some former providers who assumed I'm old and dense because I don't hear well.
