All the staff in this department have been so helpful from the very start! From scheduling, to working me in for sooner appointment, the staff was prompt and courteous! The receptionists were kind and not on their cell phones like I have experienced in other departments! Marvanell B. is great at her job and was so kind to me and comforting, going in for this appointment was scary, as most surgeries are. Heather and her MA are absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable, they helped me to better understand my condition and explained my options. Thank you to everyone in that office!
