My doctor was excellent. All my doctors are Penn doctors but when I got to Hospital and I met this lung doctor, I knew she knew what she was doing and I immediately wanted to use her. I think you did a good job taking her away from Penn it's an asset to your Hospital.

Dr. Giannini thoroughly spends time each visit to understand and treat my medical/Sleep Apnea concerns. She's very thorough and has knowledge of my medical history always following up with prompt responses ensuring my understanding. Dr. Giannini and her staff have always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly, always responding when needed. [REDACTED] has consistently followed up with my CPAP Supply issues and will continue until a resolution.

Dr. Heather was great, was very concerned about the issues that I was having and did what she could to get the answers that we needed to get. I really liked her a lot and she made me feel very comfortable. She's very personable and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated her time that she took with me and the care she provided.

Dr. Giannini is excellent. As a specialist I see regularly, she consistently takes the time to listen to my concerns and makes me feel heard. I feel informed and involved in every treatment and medication decision. I never feel rushed during my appointments and always appreciate her patience, knowledge, and compassionate approach. I highly recommend Dr. Giannini to anyone looking for a physician who truly listens and provides thoughtful, comprehensive care.

Provider was polite, professional. She took time to listen to my concerns, make recommendations and included me in treatment planning. Provider also asked if I had any additional questions or concerns and informed of next steps.

This was my first visit after having another doctor for years that retired. Dr. Giannini listened very careful to all my questions and didn't seem rushed to meet with the next patient, so I felt like I had time to ask all my questions without pressure. Also liked that she had prepared ahead for the visit, reviewing my previous history, etc. Definitely feel like I found the right doctor to continue my treatment. Thank you.

The staff and dr in the office was wonderful. However, the young lady that checked me in at the main check in station for the fourth floor was lazy and rude. (She had no badge on). It was like I was inconveniencing her to check me in. I waited for at least 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there.

Dr. Giannini's CPAP nurse [REDACTED] was very knowledgeable, personable and informative in explaining so many of the settings and features on my CPAP unit that were never discussed by my previous provider and were incorrectly set. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit with [REDACTED] and making the adjustments that were necessary and recommendations moving forward. Dr. Giannini came in for the update and as a result, a new size frame and mask were suggested by [REDACTED] and ordered. Having Dr. Giannini as both my Pulmonologist and Sleep Apnea Doctor has been an amazing experience and appreciate her and her team's dedication to her patients.
