Heather Lamb is consistently professional and explains what she is doing and why. This is true even on minor things like retaking pictures that didn't transfer to Epic with the same fidelity as the original image.

We feel very comfortable going to Mason City Mercy dermatology. Some of our friends also go there, but go to different doctors, nurses, PA, etc. They talk very highly of everyone there also. Thanks to them all for the awesome care, and friendship. They are all appreciated. God bless them all.
