Dr Heath actually takes the time to listen and making sure he doesn't have you leave his room unclear about what's going on with my health issues and what needs to be done to make it better.

Since I’ve been going to Dr Heath everthing he has been doing has been spot on. I just want to say it is really hard to find a doctor like him, I hope he is here a long time.

I have been in 3 states about my care, dr heath finally talked honestly about managing my care. But the majority of the doctors were not really all as forthcoming. I have seen about several doctors but either the were upset or ashamed how nevada put up barriers about controlled substances. 2 left outright I can't give your hospital high marks. But I may be around for a while. Honestly is the better policy.

The dr was very kind/happy as he entered the room. My son and I were worried and concerned but his attitude eased the tension in the room. He was honest about his condition my son was able to understand as doctor didn't come in using medical his terms. We left not with the answers we wanted, but we have hope he will heal. I plan to establish my other son with him.

It was an excellent experience and everything about it was very first class and I appreciated it very much. On this survey, I accidentally pushed a number one on the very first question. Everything was good, so that number one is bogus on question number one. But other than that, everything was great, okay? There was no complaints. I was very, very, very pleased.

When I scheduled my son's initial appointment with Dr. Heath, scheduling did not tell me that it would be billed as a regular visit, that a well child could not be used for a first visit to get established. So I was not expecting to have to pay a co-pay on the day we went in. I understand if that's the policy, but it was not communicated to me when I scheduled the appointment stating that I wanted a well child visit for his first establishing visit.

I am so pleased to have been seen by Dr. Heath as a new patient. He listened very carefully while I tried to give him a history of past 5-6 years. I feel very confident the treatment he prescribed will help me move forward. I just hope he remains with Renown and accessible in the days ahead. Renown is very lucky to have him in Fallon, and I'm certain all the patients who find him will feel the same. Thank you.

if I could have him for all my problems I would feel better than having so many others that are specialist but don't communicate with each other. Should be one doctor for everything the way it use to be a long time ago.

Dr. Justin Heath was terrific. We were establishing ourselves in his practice. We were new to the area and he was recommended by Renown since there were no availability of appointments in our current town of Fernley. Everyone in the office was outstanding and provided great customer service and made us feel welcome and important.
