It was very obvious that the professional who was treating me had very carefully studied my file perhaps the night before or early before her work began with her patients. She was excellent. It was my first visit and I was well assured that she knew as much about me as possible through my files and then through a long interview session, which was very nice. She was excellent.

NP Stephanie Haynes is excellent. She took time to listen to me and answer all my questions. She is knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about me.

Stephanie Haynes has always been professional, courteous and friendly. I always enjoy talking to her, she explains things that I don't understand and ask her about. She is very good.

It is very hard to find a good doctor, that will listen to you n understand what you are going through, Ms. Stephanie is very attentive and understanding of what my needs are, I appreciate the services that I received and all the staff are very helpful and very nice, continue the great work

What else would you like to say about your experience?
I immediately liked Stephanie. She'd already looked at my messages about my concerns and was familiar with my case, which made me feel cared for as a first time patient of hers. She listened to me, she looked at me when she talked, she answered all my questions, discussed options and was so positive. I have extreme anxiety outside of my house and she put me at ease, even making me laugh. She was incredibly kind, understanding & caring. She is what all doctors & NPs should be but I rarely come across anymore. I look forward to finally having someone in charge of my health take care of me and not act like I'm just another patient to see before the next one. I was highly impressed by her.

I was treated very well. I felt comfortable and they reassured me that we would get to the problem of whatever service that I need that day. It was very nice.

I actually ENJOYED a dr visit. The nurse and especially Stephanie were so personable and I really enjoyed my visit. Super easy to talk with both of them.

I couldn’t be happier with the care I received from nurse practitioner. She was amazing! Conversation was so open and comfortable. Even helped me discover my machine was on recall, which the machine company had no intention on telling. Thank you to her so much!
